“Looking at your necktie, you must be a new student. What's your name?” he asked.

“Yes, my name is.. (y/n), and you are..?” you bow and thank him.

“My name is Jel, and I am one of the 6th members of Strawberry Prince!” he replied with a smile.

“and I am Riinu! Nice to meet you (y/n), you're so cute!” she said with a wide cute smile.

     You chuckles and handshake with Riinu, you smile sweetly at Jel then take your leave. You went to the composed department and have some discussion with the teacher and went back to your dorm. When you enter your room, you thought that you have a roommate as what the warden told you but you see no one there. However, you just ignored it and unpack your things, few minutes later, a girl in male uniform and a red hair enter. You stunned and move back, but then you sigh in relief. It was just Riinu from SutoPuri, she came and hug you tightly and smile gently while replying to her hug. You're a bit taller than her, you find that she's just a cutiepie.

“(y/n)!! I'm so happy that you're my roommate!” she chuckles, nuzzles her nose on your nose.

“so Riinu is my roommate? Yokatta~ I'm happy about it. Hope we could get along better.” you said, smiling and caress her head.

“Of course we would! I know it ever since we met this morning! I knew we gonna get close to each other, hehe~” she laugh and pinches your cheeks.

     Riinu help you with unpacking your things, both of you were so happy and has became a best friend or more like sisters. You find her as comfortable to talk with and have some understandable conversation. An hours later, Riinu take you to the SutoPuri club and introduce you to all of them. She is so clingy with you and you don't mind that, she's cute after all. You caress her head as if she's a cute Kitty and chuckles. You met all the members and handshake with them, you get close to all the members and Jel is the closest one besides Riinu.

     On the other day, you were relaxing at the pond behind the school while hearing music that you composed on your headphone. Suddenly a hand reaches your headphone and tries to take it off, you shocked and ward his hand away. You look at him and sigh in relief, you thought a rapist suddenly came to kidnap you or something but it's just Jel. He smile at you and messes your hair, at that time Riinu is watching both of you from afar. She smiles wearily, a feeling of jealousy is conquering in her. You and Jel have a very nice conversation together, you even tries to remember about your past that Jel told you. You promised him that you'll do your best to remember it all again, and even creating him a music for his solo debut soon.

     However, the sun has slowly setting down and moon slowly appear as the day turns night with beautiful stars accompanying the lonely moon. You were doing all best you can to composed a music for him, you keep focus that you forgot to eat your meals. Riinu who always concern about you, came to the pond with a bento, smiling at you and stand in front of you. Of course, you would notice her presence, you smile at her gently and ask her to sit next to you. Both of you have dinner together beside the pond, with beautiful night sky. Riinu love you, but you don't know her true feelings, all you know that she love you as close friend and so did you.

“You seems to be close to Jel, do you like him?” Riinu bluntly asked.

“hm? Jel-san? Ah, it seems that we might knew each other in the past but I don't remember due to that incident long ago.” you said, smiling while eating the bento.

“Incident? What happen? Hm, Jel-san is trying to steal you away from me! I don't like it!” she said pouting.

“ahaha~ Riinu, you're so cute. Don't worry, you're still my best friend no matter what! and it's just that long ago, I got into a car accident and lost my memories in the past.” you explained.

“I see, it must be hard for you. I promise to be here for you and support you, so do your best as our new composer!” she laugh and hug you tightly.

“Yes, I promise that I will do all best I could. Thank you for your words, Riinu! You're the best!” you laugh and hug her back.

     Both of you went back to your room and Riinu went straight to sleep, and you continue with composing the music for Jel. The next day, you woke up and continue to finish the music and found out that Riinu already went away. Perhaps, she have club activities with the other SutoPuri since they need to gain fans before their debut. You only stay in room the whole day just to finish your work. Finally, you manage to finish it and fell asleep on the bed, you didn't even realized that Jel came in through the window just to take the composed music on your desk, he caress your hair and smiles. Riinu enter the room and Jel does a sign to make sure Riinu didn't make any noisy sound. Jel went away to get himself prepare for that night, his solo debut. You were sleeping so soundly, Riinu keep looking at the clock, she feels like doesn't want to wake you up but she doesn't want to hurt both your feelings and Jel's feelings. Riinu end up waking you up.

“Oii (y/n)! Wake up! It's an important day today! Jel-san came here earlier.” Riinu poke your cheeks many time.

“uhm, R-riinu? What? What so important eh Hm why?” you wake up and rub your eyes.

“You were sleeping so soundly with a smile so Jel-san couldn't wake you up, he just came to take the song you composed. He is in a hurry.” Riinu said as she hug your pillow.

“eh? Why is he in such a hurry?” you asked as you take your towel.

“Don't you know? That, today is his important day? It's his first solo debut. The song you guys are working together is the song he'll be singing later. Perhaps you want to go there in hurry too? Since you're our composer~” she said as she rolls on your bed.

“ehh!??? Why didn't he tell me such an important day like this!? I'm going there right now!” you run towards the door and hold the handle to get out but Riinu shouted at you.

“oii (y/n), don't tell me that you're going there with those clothes!?” she laugh.

     You blushes as you realized your pyjamas. You quickly went to take a bath and change your clothes into a beautiful soft blue dress. Riinu help you and offer you to go with a helicopter. You were scared but Riinu hold your hands and together with her, you overcome the fear of height. You hop on the helicopter and went to the stadium. You hurriedly run towards the stage side, you breath heavily. Wipe away your sweat and stares at him. He noticed you and smiles at you. You heard all his speech and he sing the song you composed, mixed with the lyrics he wrote by himself about your past. You finally remember your past, and those star rubber hair on his palm, you gave him that day in your past. You wanted to meet him at the back stage, but Riinu grab your hand, she look at you with a weary eyes.

“(y/n), I have something to talk about with you and it's very important!” she said.

“hm? Riinu, what is it? Please make it hurry.” you said, smiling.

“I love you!” she said so confidently.

“Riinu, you know I love you too. You're my best friend! Forever will do.. Let's talk again later. I'm sorry!” you said, bow and run towards backstage to meet with Jel.

     Riinu stood there in silent, a tears fall through her cheeks. She cries hearing your answer, you never notice her feelings, she expected too much from you but at the end, it didn't work well.

“Why did I end up falling for you? No matter how much time has passed, I thought that you would always be here but you have chosen a different path.” Riinu mumbles alone while crying.

» 2 Years Later «
“Congratulation to both of you!” Satomi said.

“Congrats, Jel and (y/n)!” Nanamori said.

“Congrats!! Congrats!!” Colon said.

“Please make lots of babies!” Root said and everyone's laughing.

“Thank you, everyone but where's Riinu? She isn't here?” you were looking around finding Riinu.

“Hey, baby.. Don't worry, probably she just came here late. Maybe she'll come later, so smile. Today is our meaningful day, our day that we vow to our marriage.” Jel said, caressing your hair and peck your forehead.

“hm okay, babe..” you smiles gently.

     Riinu standing in front of the church, clench her chest, it feels hurt to see the person she love is marrying another man, it's more painful when that man is her own best friend as well. She tries putting a smile on her face, but instead her eyes started to get watery.

“Why wasn't I able to convey to you? My feelings that were growing everyday and night. The words begin to overflow but now I know, they will never reach you.” she mumbles alone.

“Since the first day when I met you, I felt like I knew you and the two of us melded together so naturally. Wherever we would go, it would be together and it was so natural for you to be with me. We became adults together and you're now so happy with that man.” Riinu get herself together, pull her guts to walk into the church.

     She went towards the SutoPuri member and apology for being late and laughing with them. When the music is played, she saw you in a beautiful white dress, you're smiling while holding Jel's arm. Both of you are smiling so haply, you notice Riinu has arrived. You smile and wave at her, she blinks her eyes and smile back while wave at you.

//Why did I fall in love with you? I thought that you would always be by my side, but now not anymore. Today, the day that holds a special meaning. The day you stood with a smile of happiness, praying to God in your beautiful appearance. With a person next to you who is not me. The image of you receiving blessings, how could I just stand aside and watch? It's agonizing so much. So, why did I end up falling in love with you? We can't go back to the time, or how we were, I've thought it through. You always should've been by my side, now it will never come true. But, even though I say that I need you close to me, I just pray that you will be happy forever with the person you truly love. No matter how sad or lonely it makes me. Please stay happy and smile, that beautiful smile of yours, I wish that it never weary. I love you, (y/n).//
